Nocturnal Animals Sort

June 13, 2014 by Maureen Spell 6 Comments

Though we’ve been taking it easy this summer, we still are keeping up with our Letter of the Week activities. For Letter N week we learned about naps, night, and nocturnal animals! Here’s our nocturnal animal activities for preschool:

Nocturnal Animal Sort

One activity we did was a nocturnal and diurnal animal sorting activity. It was a great activity to name different animals and talk about whether they liked to be awake during the day or at night!

I wrote about all our other Letter N activities over on Totally Tots.  Hop on over there and see our Letter N fun. You can see all of our ABC activities on my ABC page.

THANK YOU!! I Have been searching for about an hour for a nocturnal/diurnal sort for my Lion Cub Scout group as this is one of the requirements. All of the other links were impossible to download due to so many ads and being unable to navigate through it all. Finding this free download has made my day and will also make the day of the scouts!! Thank you for offering this activity!!
